Customer Support Agent – German Desk
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Agent to join our German Desk within the financial services industry. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for German-speaking clients, providing high-quality support and ensuring a professional, compliant, and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat
• Assist clients with account-related inquiries, verification (KYC), deposits, withdrawals, and platform navigation
• Clearly explain financial products, services, and procedures in a transparent and professional manner
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and data protection standards
• Liaise with internal departments (Compliance, Finance, Technical Support) to resolve client issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up when necessary
Requirements:
• Native or fluent German speaker (written and verbal); English proficiency required
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably within the financial services or trading industry
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion and professionalism
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure
