Job Title: Accountant / Finance Officer (Entry–Mid Level)

 

Job Summary:

 

We are seeking an Accountant / Finance Officer (Entry–Mid Level) to support and partially manage the day-to-day accounting and finance operations of the Company. The role is suitable for a candidate with 1–3 years of experience who is looking to grow within a structured finance team, with exposure to payments, reconciliations, reporting, and regulatory processes, preferably within the financial services or Forex sector. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, including posting and reviewing financial transactions
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment execution
• Perform bank and PSP reconciliations, investigating and resolving differences
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation
• Prepare basic financial reports and schedules (P&L support, balance sheet reconciliations, cash flow tracking)
• Assist with and partially own month-end and year-end closing activities
• Support compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Assist in the preparation of management accounts and tax-related filings
• Support audit processes, including preparation of schedules and communication with auditors
• Assist in budget monitoring and expense tracking
• Provide finance support to internal stakeholders and management
• Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned

 

Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably with experience in Forex.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Experience with accounting software and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy in record-keeping, and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

 

Preferred
• Experience in financial services, Forex, or payments
• Exposure to PSP reconciliations, settlements, or client funds
