The role
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with strong communication and analytical skills, and a passion for delivering brand experiences and products that people love.
In this role, you will work closely with our Brand Strategy and Design teams, while also collaborating with Software Engineering when needed. You will gather client requirements, lead a variety of brand and design projects, and oversee the full development cycle.
This position is central to the success of our work, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to expectation, and with impact.
What you’ll be doing
Evaluate, define, and prioritise requirements together with key stakeholders
Manage and maintain the project backlog
Work closely with the design and engineering teams to achieve goals and resolve obstacles
Lead team meetings, including daily stand-ups, refinement sessions, and sprint planning reviews
Act as the bridge between the product and the customer, ensuring clear communication and regular delivery updates
Continuously improve our processes as we grow
Oversee and ensure the quality of all output
Communicate promptly and effectively with stakeholders, anticipating client needs so they never have to chase us

You value continuous learning and are always looking to grow your skills

You get extra credit for
A university degree in a related field
Demonstrable experience working with macOS
A genuine passion for technology and design (you’re the type who can troubleshoot your own IT)
Previous experience in Product or Project Management within a relevant industry
Active participation in industry networking and events
