The role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and client-focused Customer Support Representative to join their team and work with their innovative accounting software. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients, ensuring they have a seamless start with our platform, and providing top-notch support to existing customers.
This position plays a key role in maintaining high client satisfaction rates and building strong, long-term relationships with users.
What you’ll be doing
- Onboarding New Clients: Guide new users through the setup process, ensuring they understand the platform’s features and capabilities.
- Client Support: Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to ensure their success and satisfaction.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from users to identify areas for improvement and collaborate with the team to enhance the product.
- Training and Resources: Develop and share training materials, tips, and best practices to help clients maximize their use of the Software
Who You Are
- A natural communicator in both Greek and English with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in handling customer requests.
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships. - Able to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
You get extra credit for:
Experience with SaaS or accounting software.
A degree in Business, Communications, Accounting, or a related field.
Familiarity with accounting principles or prior experience in an accounting-related role.
A passion for technology and continuous learning.
Demonstrable experience with Mac OS X or other advanced software tools.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, such as account management, customer success, or client support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
