Our client is an Anglo-Cypriot Software Development Company based in Limassol, Cyprus.
The Company is looking for an enthusiastic and client-focused Account Manager to join their team and work with their innovative accounting software. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients, ensuring they have a seamless start with our platform, and providing top-notch support to our existing customers.
This position plays a key role in maintaining our high client satisfaction rates and building strong, long-term relationships with our users.
What you’ll be doing
Onboarding New Clients: Guide new users through the setup process, ensuring they understand the platform’s features and capabilities.
Client Support: Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to ensure their success and satisfaction.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from users to identify areas for improvement and collaborate with the team to enhance the product.
Training and Resources: Develop and share training materials, tips, and best practices to help clients maximize their use of the software product.

Experience with SaaS or accounting software.
A degree in Business, Communications, Accounting, or a related field.
Familiarity with accounting principles or prior experience in an accounting-related role.
A passion for technology and continuous learning.
Demonstrable experience with Mac OS X or other advanced software tools.
Required Skills and Experience:
2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, such as account management, customer success, or client support.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
Proficiency with office software tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
