The Role

Our client is looking to expand our team with a Sales Representative to provide administrative and operational support to their sales department. The role includes managing customer interactions, presenting solutions, and ensuring the smooth running of our sales operations. You will play a key role in maintaining and developing sales and supporting the efficiency of the process. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational and social skills, excellent spoken and written English, and proficiency in using computer software and tools.

Their brand and reputation is extremely important. It believes in building relationships, not cold mailing or any other pushy sales tactics.

Responsibilities:

Generate high-quality leads and establish strong relationships with potential clients to expand the business and drive growth.
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing proposals and maintaining sales records.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing prompt and accurate information.
Support the preparation and distribution of sales documentation, including contracts and invoices.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
Assist in organising and running sales meetings, demos, events, and presentations.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers.
Help to find and engage new leads for our products and services.

Who you are:

You have a proven track record in sales or account management.
You are a hard worker and shine in a high-paced environment
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and work collaboratively with internal teams.
You have strong negotiation and closing skills to convert leads into sales and close deals effectively.
You never compromise reputation and brand over a quick sale.
You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
You have a good understanding of software development and branding services, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
You are proficient in using CRM tools and other sales-related software.
Highly proficient in English and preferably Greek.
You have a strong desire to learn and grow every day.
You are a social person who enjoys interacting with others.

You get extra credit for:

Prior Sales Representative experience in a company within our industry
The ability to communicate in other languages
A demonstrable passion for technology and design (you are your own IT professional)
Demonstrable experience in using Mac OS
A university degree in a related field
