Skills and Qualifications
Essential
5+ years BA experience
3+ years Salesforce BA (or similar) experience
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
Demonstrable experience of covering the complete project life-cycle, in a structured environment (both agile and waterfall).
In depth understanding of the underlying processes that business systems support in a production environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Word tools including Word, Excel and Visio.
Desirable
Previous project experience implementing migrating from legacy CRM systems.
Previous project experience with interfaces between multiple systems.
Experience working with both on premise and SaaS solutions.
Previous experience of working across multi-state locations and time zones, within a Company that has experience of mergers and acquisitions.
Experience in the technology sector, even better in the professional services world is desirable.
